This page is the complete list of what this website stores on your device and which outside services it talks to. It is written to match what the site actually does — if it changes, the page changes with it.

The short version

• This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies.
• We use first-party analytics and a small amount of browser storage to run the shop and measure the site.
• No third-party script runs until you ask for it (chat) or press play on a film.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

What is stored on your device

We do not use cookies of our own. Anything a browser calls a “cookie” on this site comes from the two platforms below.

Session recording

A small share of visits (about one in ten) is recorded so we can see where people get stuck: clicks, scrolling and page layout. Typed text is never recorded — every input is masked at the source, and password and payment fields are blocked outright. Recordings are stored on our own infrastructure, not sold, and not shared with advertisers. To opt out, clear this site’s storage in your browser and reload; the sample is drawn per session.

Outside services this site talks to

Shopify	On any page showing products; always at checkout	Product and cart data. Shopify sets its own cookies on the store and checkout, under its own policy.
Zenoti / Hyperconnect Smart Bot	Only when you open the chat window	Your chat messages and the page you started from.
Vimeo	Only when you press play on a film	The video request, in privacy-enhanced mode (dnt=1).
Google Ads	Never in your browser	Booking and purchase conversions are sent server-to-server from our own systems. There is no Google tag on this site.

Your choices

• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends GPC, we stop forwarding ad click ids and the anonymous visitor id to our booking platform. Bookings and orders still work.
• Browser settings. Blocking storage may stop the shopping bag from remembering what you added; the rest of the site works.
• Ask us. Email midtown@martialvivot.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
