Martialvivot.com offers shipping within the U.S., Canada and internationally.

Shipping

Domestic (U.S.): free on orders over $100; a flat $10 on orders under $100.

International: shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for all Canadian import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These may be charged when your package reaches the border and are not included in our shipping charges. International shipping methods may vary and may not be available for all products or countries; all international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs, which Martial Vivot does not pay. Please contact your local customs office for full details.

Order tracking

When you place an order with Martial Vivot, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Out-of-stock items & back orders

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you by email of the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Martial Vivot grooming line. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 days of your martialvivot.com purchase. We are unable to accept products after that period. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds must be accompanied by an original receipt and order confirmation number. Products returned for refund within 30 days of purchase are credited in the same form as the original payment. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: our salons do not handle online orders or online returns. All online-order returns must be submitted to shop@martialvivot.com.

Return instructions

All returns must include the original packing slip, your contact and address information, and the product you wish to return. Martial Vivot is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Processing of returns takes approximately 14 business days from receipt of the product.

Refusal of delivery

Refusal of shipments requires prior approval by contacting customer service. All refused deliveries void free-shipping offers.
