After serving four years in the United States Air Force, Chris moved to New York City to work in the film industry as a producer and set decorator. On set, Chris was exposed to troupes of hair and makeup artists working to create different identities for familiar faces. It inspired him to see a person transform with just a haircut. Recognizing both the artistry and creativity that came with hair styling, he knew he had something different to offer.
Chris attended the American Barber Institute in Tribeca and began cutting hair in 2014. Eager to expand his knowledge and skills, he attended cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell in San Diego, California. Chris has worked at some of NYC’s most established Barber Shops and has trained under some of the greatest Master Barbers in the U.S. before joining Martial Vivot Salon Pour Hommes.
At his core, Chris is imaginative, funny and an amazing storyteller. He is excited to share his experience as well as create new experiences with you. All Systems Go!
